My husband and I had a wonderful weekend getaway at this luxurious hotel. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the level of comfort and quality service provided. The room we stayed in was spacious and well-furnished, with two air conditioners and a large double bed. We also had a small balcony with a table and chairs, perfect for enjoying a cup of tea in the morning. The hotel amenities were top-notch, including the three swimming pools available for guests. We especially loved the rooftop pool, which offered stunning views of the surroundings. Despite having windows facing the pool, the noise insulation in the room was excellent, and we were never disturbed by any noise from outside.

The hotel is conveniently located near Surin and Bangtao beaches making it easy to explore the area. the rooms are spacious and well-furnished with essential equipment in the kitchen. the hotel staff was helpful when checking in. the panoramic views from the sports hall were enjoyable.

Loved the small balcony with table and chairs, perfect for a relaxing morning coffee or an evening drink. the hotel had a good internet connection and the staff was extremely helpful, even when we arrived late at night.

Although everything was great, we had to request room cleaning and were disappointed at the delay. the staff was very responsive when we requested it and the room was clean afterwards.
